The Creative Accelerator – 72 Hours of Creative Inspiration

I'm gonna be straight with you, dear readers: I get A LOT of emails every day. Like, dozens. Some days easily 60 or more.

And a good percentage of those emails come from companies asking me to give them free content, help promote their new travel app, or join their brand new affiliate program. I'm picky when it comes to this sort of thing, though. I mean, sure, I COULD download every app and join every single affiliate program that comes my way, and then try to convince you all to do the same. But that's not how I roll.

When it comes to the things that I recommend on this site – whether it's a tour company or an ebook – I won't ever recommend anything that I don't fully stand behind and believe in (and would pay for myself).

So the fact that I'm writing a whole post about something I got an email about should tell you something. This is worth knowing about.

The Challenge to Being Creative

Akatuki in Iceland

Here's the thing about being “creative.” It's something that came so naturally to us as kids, when we were making up lyrics to songs that didn't exist and “playing pretend” and crafting works of art to be hung up on the refrigerator.

When you're a kid, no one has to explain to you how to be creative – and certainly no one has to inspire you to be.

As we get older, though, creativity – true creativity – is more difficult to come by. We have too many things to worry about, and the stress of adulting often squashes our more creative tendencies. We're convinced by parents and bosses and peers that creativity doesn't really fit into normal business practice.

But this is bullshit.

Recapturing the creative spark is something people are desperately trying to do. One look at the rise in popularity of things like group painting classes and adult coloring books points directly to this: we are dying to recapture the natural creativity that we never used to have to look for at all.

But creativity is not something you can force. You can't wake up in the morning and tell yourself, “I am going to spend 6 hours being creative today.” I mean, you *could,* but I've found that the more I try to force myself to be creative, the more difficult it is for me to produce anything. Creative ideas don't come when they're forced – they have to be allowed to come naturally. (I can't be the only one who often gets great ideas when I'm distracted by doing something else – like washing my hair – right?)

The Creative Accelerator

Recognizing this desire for easier-flowing creativity among all sorts of people,  was born.

This is a bundle of 15 courses, ebooks, and resources hand-selected to help you get outside your head and be more creative in both your business and your life.

Creativity is intelligence having fun. – Albert Einstein

There are plenty of courses out there promising to teach you how to make a million dollars overnight. The Creative Accelerator isn't that. Instead, the resources in this bundle are “designed to empower you to design a holistic business that in turn allows you to design a lifestyle that nourishes you.” Because who doesn't want to get paid for doing what they love?

Bought separately, the resources included in the bundle would cost more than $2000. But is on sale for just $129. (Yes, for real.)

But here's the catch – it's ONLY on sale for 72 hours. You can only get all of these resources together at this price until 11:59 p.m. on Saturday, January 30. (And yes, this is totally done on purpose to make you want it more. But you legit won't be able to buy it after Saturday, so .)

And remember that these are just SOME of the great courses and resources contained in this bundle. You basically pay for one (or less), and get ALL of them. (Read about the rest .)

As an added bonus (and one of the reasons that I'm excited to help promote this), 10% of every purchase is going to SamaSchool, a San Francisco-based non-profit that uses the Internet to provide low-income people with training and jobs that connect them to the digital economy.

Is this just for business people?

Nope! While the resources in are geared towards people looking to start a business or become more creative in businesses they already run, there are certainly resources in here that don't require any business background.

The Blog Brilliantly course is great for anyone who's ever wanted to start a blog. The Freedom to Freelance guide is perfect if you've ever dreamed of quitting your job and working for yourself. And the Live More E-course on journaling is for anyone who wants to take more time to just write and let the creative juices flow.

And before you ask, yes, I'm totally buying this bundle myself! (Remember that bit about how I wouldn't recommend something to you that I wouldn't buy myself? Well here's me putting my money where my mouth is.)

Don't forget that this bundle is ONLY on sale until the end of the day on Saturday – so if you're at all interested, be sure to !

(Also, there are secret bonus goodies to the first 1,000 people who purchase the bundle, so !)

As alluded to earlier, I AM an affiliate for the Creative Accelerator, meaning that I'll get a commission for any bundles purchased through my link. However, hopefully you guys know me well enough to know that I don't promote just anything on this blog, and that I certainly don't devote entire 1200-word posts to things I don't believe in. I hope one or more of the resources in this bundles sparks some of YOUR creativity.
